*Sugar Free* Banana, Coconut and Oat Biscuits

Banana,Coconut and Oat Biscuits

*Sugar Free

*Dairy Free

4 minutes to prepare and cooked in the same length of time it took me to go upstairs and dress Harry.

*Raisins tend to burn if on top, so half way through cover with some tin foil to prevent burning!

INGREDIENTS

•2 semi-ripe bananas

•1 cup oats

•¼ teaspoon cinnamon

•1 cup desiccated coconut

•Optional add-ins: 1/2cup raisins, 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips, ¼ cup walnuts, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS

•Preheat oven to 180

•Mash bananas, and mix all ingredients together thoroughly,easiest thing to do here is wash your hands and get stuck in.

•Form balls and press into cookie shapes using the back of a spoon onto a non stick tray or baking paper

•Bake for 15-20 minutes
